My wife and I brought our first dental practice almost 12 months ago. At the time the practice was completely paper based and needed modernisation and a lot of TLC. One surgery, for example, had not had any updates since around 1985! We first met Jim and Kirsty at the London Dentistry Show. They were both so helpful and understanding of our situation and they arranged a site visit not long after. We spent months discussing options and visited the showroom to finalise our plans. Along the way Jim was incredibly patient, helpful and appreciated our financial constraints having only just brought the practice. Lockdown provided us the perfect opportunity to have the work carried out as the practice was closed. We gave the team at Hague a 3 week window to complete the entire project which they did with such care and professionalism. The whole project was managed exceptional well. We now have a modern surgery and OPG room that we are so very pleased with. We can not recommend Kirsty, Jim and the team highly enough. We have two more surgeries that will also need renovation in the future and will not hesitate to call the Hague team when we are ready.

I made contact with Hague dental just under a year ago after taking the decision to start a practice refurbishment. I came across them online originally looking at second hand equipment. I have over this time spoken to a number of dental suppliers, as it is always best to shop around as there is considerable investment needed. There are a number of things that stand out with Jim and his team, firstly he is very responsive, which is reassuring when you need information quickly. Very knowledgable in the equipment, but also the build process, and works to your needs and budgets.Before we had even placed any order our suction packed up, we called a few dental suppliers who could not help us quickly, but thankfully Jim was able to send someone down within 24 hours, with a second hand suction to replace our broken one, from this experience I felt confident that they were reliable and helpful especially in an emergency situation. I found their coronavirus updates very useful throughout the difficult time faced for practices during the pandemic. The company has been supportive, but also patient. Our practice refurb has changed somewhat from the original vision (for the better) and the process seems to be a lot longer than originally expected, Jim obviously knew this and he continues to to be patient as I navigate the process. It is stressful and you certainly need a company that understands your needs but also can guide you with their expertise. Jim has accommodated a number of visits either to the showroom or to my practice based in Southampton, never making anything feel like a chore. I am thankful to Jim and his team and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional company to help you with your practice needs. I am looking forward to completing our project in the next few months. Thanks again to all at Hague dental!

It is a pleasure to know Jim and his team. Apart from being an incredibly nice, punctual, they know what they are doing. They were helpful and easy to work with. Their products have held up well and their prices have always been amongst the most competitive. The customer service has been outstanding, very helpful and speedy. Jim and the Hague Dental Team have been great. Jim is always excellent with communication and has helped our surgery plan for a new refurb. Unfortunately due to the COVID 19 pandemic this has now had to be delayed, however Jim was very understanding, reassuring and continued to give his sound advice. Hague also recently supplied and installed a new xray scanner, which has been excellent (and was very competitive on price). We look forward to working with Hague Dental further in the future, keep up the good work.

We have used Hague Dental for a few years now, with two new surgery 's being recently installed. The service & support we received in this fairly stressful time was nothing short of impressive, we never felt rushed to arrive at a solution on the design and we went through any issues together until they were solved with satisfaction. All the staff who we came into contact with from the fitters to the project manager were professional, helpful and understanding. The aftercare we received, which was essential when using new equipment was second to none, nothing was a problem for them. I would highly recommend Hague dental as an organisation who took all our concerns on board and helped us make a wonderful practice for our staff and patients to be in.
