I have used this company on several occasions and have never been dissapointed with the services they offer. Quality of work and prices are very impressive, I would recommend them to anyone. 5 Stars :)
Truly awful experience. I spent a long time filling in an order form for a quote for unique wedding invitations, I was under the impression that this company understood our needs and requirements and decided to proceed. Once the design was finished, I took a copy on a usb in to print proofs out. First;y they would not accept the usb until they knew the precise file names. The proofs were provided, 4 times larger than they needed to be and instead of been printed back to back were on two separate sheets. I was told that it was the file was the wrong size and they could not reduce the size, I was confused by this as it printed it out to the right size at home and back to back. The staff were very rude and made it very clear that it in their mind it was all my fault as they had not had any instructions. By this time I really had had enough paid for the proofs and will not be returning. I don't see the point in dealing with a company which does not listen and understand what you require even when they have it clearly written on an order for a quote
