I redeemed a virgin experience voucher through this company for a 3 course meal with a glass of wine for two (value of 50) on the 21st of September. When we arrived I was told by the restaurant they were no longer affiliated with virgin. I am still waiting for a resolution and refund more than 2 months later. They respond to my emails saying they have a high volume of emails and that they will reply as soon as possible. After 2 months I am still 50 down with no solution.

We had a Web page on the phone saying they were still doing help out to eat. Apparently not, and they would not honour this. T-bone steak was under cooked and was like chewing an old piece of leather. Will never go again

I attempted to book an evening out using a "Virgin Experience Days" voucher, which seems to use Hospitality Line as a middleman between Virgin, and the restaurant. They didn't email out the required voucher code, their website offered no automated resolution, no phone contact details, email responses were slow, and they didn't even bother to read any details I provided. I would avoid using this company to book anything if at all possible.

I went to Tower hotel for dinner and then on the Aurora Clipper for NYE, and had an excellent evening! The food was lovely and there was a great atmosphere, lovely hotel. The boat we went on was really nice and the staff on board were very accommodating. The interior of the boat was very comfortable with plenty of seats for everyone and the seats were leather! There were plenty of arrival drinks for everyone as well as champagne at midnight. We had a great view of the fireworks right next to the houses of parliament!! All in all was a really good night and everything ran smoothly, will definitely be booking with Hospitality Line for next year.

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS WEBSITE I would give -5stars as a rate if I could. This has only been painful to try to book and a waste of my precious time, something I will never get back. My husband and I got a present from my in law and we've been trying to book but apparently they are forcing the expiry date of our voucher. The voucher expires on the 15th of December and we can't book because the restaurant doesn't offer the menu, not because there is no availability - I did check online all the dates for both venues are available, and that was confirmed by Amy from customer services - I have the proof on my email, then she keeps pushing me to call and the call charges at 7p per minute. So not calling. Then I said ok of you don't allow us to book on December, well book in January but with no extra charge. Amy didn't agree. She also said we have to pay 20 to book passing the expiry but to be fair my voucher hasn't expired you are making it expire by not allowing us to book during December. So we are not paying. In addition to this I would have to call to book it, so 20 7p per minute. Can you please explain this non-sense? Why do we have to pay extra for something that is not our fault? I.e. not offering the set menu on Christmas. We want to get a refund.. and never have to deal with you again. Will make sure to post in every review page I find and see if I can put a claim. If you don't sort this out I am happy to waste more of my time and contat an ombudsman.

I am standing on the street outside a restaurant I have been refused a meal at even though I have my printed out voucher and email confirming my meal. My husband and I dressed up and now have no where to eat dinner. I sincerely hope hospitality line hasn’t kept our money (50) as that would be utterly outrageous. No one even answered the out of hours telephone. Incredibly disappointed and unimpressed.
