Excellent service We hired a hot tub for the weekend for my friends daughters birthday. All the girls had the best time and we all loved it aswell. Ryan made sure we knew how to use everything before he left and let us know we could text if we needed to know anything else. They also came early for on the day of delivery so the hot tub would be ready for the party later on in the day. I can not fault them at all. Everything was perfect thank you so much. We will definitely be hiring one again.

We hired a Hottub from Ryan and Kelly and we had a great time with the grandchildren, neighbours and friends. Ryan delivered the Tub and set it all up, we hired the slush machines and the kids played and enjoyed themselves all day! We will definitely be hiring one again.
Was looking into hiring a hot tube a few weeks back and fortunately enough I pick the right company to go with. Faultless service, arrived on time and was all set up within 90 minutes with a full demonstration on how to use safely. definitely recommend west lancs hot tub service.
Great service. Very reponsive to messages. Good after installation follow ups checking everything was ok. Fitters work quick and courteously. Good quality tub and gazebo - made a Bank Holiday weekend even better (even in the rain). Recommended to 2 friends already and will use again. Thanks
Had a hot tub party for my birthday in April, me and the girls had a great time, we had the tub for the weekend so me and the family had chance to relax in it too. The service was great as was the price, they had great package deals and nothing was too much for the owners who were friendly and professional. We have re-booked for my step-sons 15th birthday party and cannot wait but this time with a hard tub to try that out, we cannot wait. xx
