Fantastic, from order to installation. The team have been very helpful, answering my technical questions, putting my mind at ease with their very helpful advice. The installation of my Horizon 6 seat tub was smooth and the initial chemical training given very helpful. Special thanks to Shane and Dan for their very professional install. After just a few days I'm confident managing the water and the tub is amazing... top quality, top company, highly recommended.

After an initial delay to deliver the hot tub (which was due to an issue out of their control) we were well looked after by the team. We had the tub installed very efficiently and then, at no extra cost to us, they came back and relocated it once we had some building work completed. The installers were called Shane and Jamie and I can highly recommend them, nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend this company.
Recently been to the hot tub warehouse at Derby. The staff were all friendly and helpful and were very informative about their products, the prices are competitive and they met and beat a previous quote given to me. The staff made it a very enjoyable experience in buying a hot tub and they accomodated to fit around me! I have since been recommending them to all family and friends wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Very nice showroom near Chaddesden Derby which was quite hard to find as there is a Chequers lane and a Chequers Road but never the less we found it in the end. The sales lads was very helpful and did not pressure us into a instant sale which is always nice. The information we was given was all correct as we did our research back at home. I placed the order and the spa was delivered a week later by 2 young lads who was very helpful. They set everything up for us and as we had never had a spa before had to call for support a few times with once again they was very helpful. Highly recommended regardless of the silly comments made about them in other reviews. I have recently recommended they to my brother inlaw who has also got a spa coming in a few weeks. Thanks Hot Tub Warehouse !!!
