Seemed pretty good and made welcome although ended up getting my tub from elsewhere. I definitely wouldnt rule them out when recommending them to people though.

Installation Team - Very friendly and quick, had the hottub installed in no time and showed us how to use it. After Sales - Followed up to see how things were. Researched a number of hot tub companies online before selecting this one. Was attracted by the spec of the tub, price transparency and reviews. Was not disappointed. From the quick response to my original email and the visit to the shop with the family to try some of the tub out the customer service was excellent. The install was quite a difficult one but the guys managed the install perfectly. The electrician they arranged was also great. Would highly recommend you visit the shop or drop them an email.
