Very helpful assistant, although we didn't buy anything she went through the ranges and what was available. She also gave our son a rubber duck as a gift. When we are ready to buy a hot tube we will come back here.

Excellent experience purchasing our hottub at Hot Spring World. Can not fault the quality of service or the customer care. Special mention to Maxine who supported and informed us in all aspects of the process, regardless of the time of day ️ If you're unsure on committing to a hottub you will not be disappointed in the quality of the Hotspring Spas or the service from the team. We purchased our first Hot Tub in October ,Maxine was brilliant very knowledgeable about the product range and incredibly helpful both before and after the purchase. We purchased a Limelight Flair which is excellent quality and great fun ,love the lighting We are spending many enjoyable winter nights under the stars relaxing with a glass of wine
We only visited Hotspring in November to see what was available and was very pleasantly surprised with the affordable options. We spoke to Maxine who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, no pressure sales tactics. Ordered a hottub from their free flow range and had it about 2 weeks now. The hottub is excellent and used daily. Weve spoken to Maxine a couple of times since delivery for support and she has been excellent. Definately recommend Hotspring and Maxine as both have been great. DELIVERY: Hottub was craned into position and took approx 2hrs 30mins from arrival to leaving, very professional. HEATING: Took approx 24 hours to heat to 39 degrees in January, so may take less in warmer weather. RUNNING COST: So far, using it for approx 2 hours every day it costs about 1 per day to run and maintain a temperature of 39 degrees.
