Don't under any circumstances use this company, they sent my first order with them out wrong and then refused any kind of compensation. Richie the MD claimed that he had put the issue right by sending the individual boxes out afterwards at his own expense! so not taking into account that my customer has to now pack 100 of their own shot glasses into these boxes for an event that is less than 24 hrs away. I paid the higher price for individually packed glasses but he refuses any kind of recompense to my customer and claims he has won awards for their customer service ha! what an absolute shambles so buyer beware
