Very good lounge of British Airways. There is a lot of space and the food & drink offers are very good. There is a good buffet (changes for breakfast, lunch/dinner but also there is a option to order food from a menu. They have also a kids zone which is quit good if you travel with family. The coffee and tea options are also great. Even there coffee is from the machine it’s not very bad. In case you need to work, there is also a work station which is very helpful. All in all one of the best lounges in London.

Lovely, was on transit for 10hrs and didn't feel it one bit. Alot to eat and drink but mostly importantly the cleanliness is top notch. Covid surely can't survive in a place like this because I promise you once you leave your seat someone is cleaning. Brilliant!!!!!
Its not the best business class lounge I've been to but its a really nice lounge to visit for a few hours on connecting flights. It's well laid out, its modern, clean and well designed. Food and refreshments are brilliant and top quality although this is the busiest lounge as its next to security. If you want somewhere a little more quiet visit the South Gallerias lounge.
Good lounge with a wide selection of red and white wines but I didn’t seen any sparkling options. The food options are limited. They only serve part skim milk (2% I guess?) at their coffee station (soy milk available by request) but what about good old full fat milk?
Well managed due to Covid-19 with table-service, and ordering from your mobile phone. Scan the QR on your table or glass divider and menu comes up. Order delivered in quick time.
