Used this gym for about 8 weeks before travelling abroad in December and have to say it could not have been better. Lovely helpful staff - and so friendly. Great equipment, great showers , lots of space and an absolute breath of fresh air after years of a dreadful Fusion gym in Street. Big thank you to the team :)

Terrible management. Forcing members to pay 10 whilst they are closed (due to COVID) other wise the price of membership will be hiked up when they reopen. You should be ashamed - people are struggling to pay bills as it is with the lockdown. I don't want to hear about how the gym is a non-profit organisation, when hounslow council is one of wealthiest in London.
Family changing area is chaotic and often dirty. Parents are often rude, leave kit in cubicles and complain if you change with their kit in there. Instructors are mainly good. Few are absolute stars. I had more than one complaint that was never followed up. Negative reviews are removed from page. Avoid.
A lot of machines out of order and the gents sauna has been out of order for the past 3 weeks. Also no soap to wash hands. Fusion do not give a dam about the members all they want is the money, the council know all about the problems they just turn a blind eye.
