A gem of a lounge for traveller that just arrived from a red eye flight to come in to refresh themselves (shower) and food. Decent spread of food sufficient to keep you full with typical English Breakfast. Accessible by First and Club class traveller, or traveller holding a Business class ticket flying with BA. This also meant if you are OneWorld member, sapphire (gold) and emerald (platinum) gets you in too.

It closes at 14.00. Staff chased me out of the door. 5 stars for efficiency but 1 star for usefulness and hospitality

Decent arrivals lounge offering a breakfast buffet to club world and first travellers, or gold executive club members holding a ticket for a long haul flight. The business area is fairly compact, and there's no natural light to ease the jet lag, but the showers (and spa) will soon get you on your feet and feeling alive. It's far better to recharge here than to head straight into rush hour London for onward connections, so if your schedule affords it it's well worth the time.

Only problem is they close at 2pm. Fairly good selection of foods and beverages and good services here.

Useless if you arrive after 2pm (when it is closed) like I have and you're waiting for your ride...
