Avoid using the online shopping feature. Shops don't acknowledge orders and you'll end up spending more time (mostly spent explaining to them what Heathrow Boutique is and waiting for them to gather the items in a rush) than you would if you just went straight into the shops and picked up the stuff yourself. The whole point of an order-and-collect service is lost in poor execution.
