Exceptional Customer Service by a BA staff member, Sarfraz Nazir. Went out of his way to assist. This review is understandably for Heathrow T5, the terminal wasn't too busy and all necessary facilities available for a comfortable experience.

Extremely poor service and very poor customer service. Custom officers are very rude. While having long queue, much shortage of staff and they don't have a thing called humanity. I assume its a fun for them to harassing passengers.. so pathetic to see this in a country like Great Britain..

It was the first time that I visited Terminal 5 after COVID-19. The feeling was a little bit strange for this visit as there were only a few people there, the environment was also very quiet and not busy as usual. Looking to the information board, there were only around 50 flights per day !!! This situation will definitely be changed in the near future and hopefully everything will resume to normal, busy as usual...... and people can free to travel again.
Terminal was quite empty, most of the fights seems to have resumed operations, I see many fights across Europe, Middle east and US operating but barely any passengers. Security clearance barely took 5 minutes. You can come 30min before the flight and still can comfortably make it. This was days after 2020 Christmas.
