I've been training with this school for a number of years. The training is very unique and traditional. All the guys at the school train together and beginners mix in with seniors which is great. It does take a while to get to understand the system but if you keep at it you definitely start to feel the benefits of this style. The hall is a good open space with wooden floor and high ceilings. Great for the training the Chinese staff!
