At MAGENTA SECURITY SERVICES there's NO procedure in place to rectify any issues raised as they claim, all decisions are made by Charlie GOHILL, always she makes up new procedures as she goes on. All genuine wages issues are NOT dealt with ASAP, that's a LIE. At times it takes up to 3 month's for them to pay the security officer (Reference officer T Lamin). They will try all the tricks in the book to frustrate the officer and finally to give up what he's Due in payment. Magenta security services have a blame culture and if you try to give a feed back, they will INTIMIDATE the security officer and threaten them with disciplinary actions. I remember a case where an officer has been taken off all his shifts due to complain he made of wages. I have tried to contact with Magenta security services Direct Manager but to no avail. It feels like Charlie Gohill is the managing director with no common sense let alone run the company. Neville Forbes is another prolific liar; He's a good car salesman, while at your presence he will tell you a fairy tales, as soon he leaves site, he disappears like a HOUDINI, he isn't worth a Manager or the title he holds. He doesn't come on sites and once you call the office to query you are told he's at your sites. LIAR!! The managing director needs to fire him to save his business. Neville Forbes has no respect for the company and its employees. He always back stabs the staff in the office and his colleauge, I hope they get rid of him ASAP. Please avoid joining MAGENTA SECURITY SERVICES. WORST SECURITY COMPANY EVEEEEEEEER!!!

Magenta security services are making our life’s difficult in Canary Wharf and WE actually want something done about it, we aren't just stirring up trouble, and nor do you want to provide a 'fake positive' review. We don't have a grudge; we just want to have a less toxic work environment. Some of the officers have worked in CW over 8 years and in the last year since Magenta took over the contract we have been struggling with pay, not a month goes by without someone been short pay. Please do not accuse me of being a disgruntle ex officer, this is fact and we are dealing with day in and day out. I would not recommend anyone to join; the company is run like a corner shop.
