I ordered a 8X10 photograph. It turned up with a massive crease in the centre of the print. Zero communication from the company to advise if my order had been processed, dispatched etc. Terrible!

Printed 8 photos, and 7 of them were fantastic quality. One was of much lower resolution than the others, it seemed as if a thumbnail had been printed instead of the full resolution image. Double checked and I definitely uploaded the high resolution version, I am convinced it was a printing error. Contacted support twice and heard absolutely nothing, pretty disappointed.
I went for passport pictures ready from my SIM card still they charge me full price plus extra as a little baby 18 Bargain for 8 prints ... they didn’t do anything just print them out my SD card If I knew that area I would try other ( I find out next to Russian & Polish shop Is a new photographer ) I will come next time
Brilliant service and very friendly and helpful staff. This will be now my go to printing place
I recently needed to get my digital photos printed in hurry so went to my local shop Photo Pro Print and felt so glad to have made the right choice , as they did a fantastic job.
