Nightmare everytime,office staff (agents) couldn't be any ruder.Never friendly,never smile.They chat between themselves whilst ignoring us.
Dreadfull place, Very unhelpful and rude receptionist.
Long qeue always
Crowded,no facilities (toilets) for the drivers,the staff at the reception are dead slow ( i really believe that some of them are Zombies...) making any delivery or collection a nightmare...but,as long as the managers are happy with their fat paycheck,nothing is gonna change...
Lost twice and no clear signage

Its an airline shed what else can one do about it..... you just have to wait!!!
