Food was amazing and the relaxed environment. You will need roughly 50 minutes to enjoy this place fully. The shower facilities are mostly empty. I have really liked their pecan pies, not just I had one, not two but three. There would be an advantage to all passengers if they had more screens around to show the flight times. I had only located one large screen . The staff are very helpful, they are trained really well, extremely helpful and polite. I enjoyed this part and well done to United Airlines. The seats are comfy and you could even take a nap here. A good perk. Enjoy

Large and clean lounge with a large bar, multiple coffee stations and a good selection of food. They also have lots of beverages including liter-sized bottle of water. The small, circular room at the end of the lounge is quiet and out of the way. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is one of the best United Clubs I’ve visited.
A hundred times better than the United lounges in the USA. There is a great selection of warm breakfast choices. The lounge can get busy, but there's plenty of places to sit and have some quite space. If it is bright outside, consider sitting at the bar for a good view of the planes.
Excellent service. Nice friendly staff that did check in for us. Delicious foods with a proper English breakfast. Coffee is very good and they have bathrooms and showers. The facilities are clean. With general gold entrance one can bring in only one guest, so plan ahead. The bagels were really good. Nice and chewy on the inside and with good toasting crispy. All the food was fresh.
I personally experienced very ATTENTIVE , personable service here! Very clean, good size showers, etc. Better quality over all than the average club.

Larger than the Sliver Kris and Maple Leaf lounges next door. More open feel than the other two Draught Beer Selection is better at Maple Leaf Lounge. Bar area in the United Lounge is nicer. Bar Stools at the bar are too short. Stools adjacent to the bar are the right height ... kind of odd choice The first class lounge is just that... First Class. Got to go there as a global service member.
Great lounge, breakfast is usually good. I like the large windows so you get lots of light, also the open area as well. Showers and bathrooms are also nicer than other start alliance lounges in terminal 3
