Top notch lounge! You can ordered food from a menu and great alcohol menu. The cocktails are great especially bramble. There are three floors- the main area which is extensive, the game area and the garden area. There is also a kids area. The lounge has a slight clubhouse feel to it. There is a spa and salon area in which you can get a 15min massage free.
An outstanding lounge. Quiet and civilized, like lounges used to be. Very upscale decor with various areas to suit your needs, whether dining, relaxing working or catching the news on a big screen. While the club has a traditional bar and buffet, they also have menus and an ample amount of servers are ready to take your order and clear your plates. Truly a place to quietly work or regenerate.
My experience in the Virgin Clubhouse has proved to be an exceptional one! Nothing better than being doted upon in a relaxing and comfy lounge with plenty of food and drink to choose from. I also managed to squeeze in a well needed and thoroughly enjoyabel back and shoulder oil massage. There are plenty of ways to lounge around, watch news and sport or even watch planes take off/land while you while away the hours before your flight. Thank you Virgin for such great service.
One of the best lounges around. Quite large and rarely at capacity. Good food and drink. Plenty of different environments (casual, comfortable, dining, etc). Spa with some free treatments. Only major complaint would be AC! It can get really stuffy in here on warm days.
Nice clean modern lounge with waiter/waitress service. Food is of a good quality and service is attentive without being intrusive. There is a good selection of beers and wine and you can get a cocktail made to order. There is a games room advertised on the website but this seems to have been converted to another lounge area which is a shame, this should be updated.
When approaching the LHR T3 drop off area by car look out left for Virgin Upper class exit. It is a sharp left. You will get checked in there and go through private lane security. Ultimately coming out in the main security hall area where the duty free shops are. The lounge is in H zone. Virgin Clubhouse has spa, showers, hair saloon, a large bar, lots of food. Pool table, a garden, etc Toilets are at each end of the lounge. It appeared to me that there were more Delta customers than Virgin customers. Mainly travelling to USA. They look after you well at the clubhouse, waitress and waiter do ask if they can help in anyway.
This is, hands down, one of my favorite places in the world. Very professional staff offers made to order food and cocktails delivered directly to whatever spot in the lounge you have chosen for yourself, and one free spa service (pending availability) is available to each guest during their stay. Their shower rooms are clean and comfortable and their hair salon where one can get for purchase haircuts is excellent. As an added bonus, we love the design of the space; it gives us loads of ideas for how we might like to decorate in the future!
