Best lounge I’ve ever been too.
One of the best (basically two) experiences that I've ever had in my "aviation" life... I flew twice in upper class. Once in San Fran and once in LA.. the experience was tremendous. There's a welcome champagne. The service was excellent and very helpful to help you with everything. The food is very tasty and there's plenty of options to choose especially the breakfast. They have almost everything like a hotel breakfast and you can eat them all. And of course you could drink as much as you wish. A lot of amenities.. The seat is very comfy and cosy and when it turns into bed you can lay down and enjoy your sleep... there's a big monitor w a lot of options to do. You can play games, watch a movie(a big variety of new and old movies), watch a series or you can just listen music w your headphones(noice cancelling) that they provide you. In every seat there is a goodie bag with all the necessary items like shocks, toothpaste, toothbrush, sleep mask, body creams and pen. I can't wait to fly again with Virgin Atlantic. I highly recommend this company
Amazing food. First class travel. Love flying virgin upper class. From the moment you arrive in the exclusive lounge at Heathrow you feel great. Food is amazing you can have treatments like a massage or a shave. Then onboard it’s luxury. Been to Shanghai twice this month with virgin and have loved laying watching films being served top class foods. Recommended.
5/5 - we had an excellent experience flying from New York to London. We made use of the clubhouse at JFK where they served good food, spa treatments and an entertainment zone. On flight we had equally great food and flight attendants were very attentive in making the beds and making sure we were comfortable. The screens were much better quality and the touchscreen was more responsive than that in the economy seats. We were provided a little pack to refresh which was needed on an overnight flight. Would br great to have a slightly larger toilet for the upper class passenger to top of the experience. We also got priority fast track through passport control which saved us at least 40 mins.
The lounge is very nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. The selection of food and drink is very good. The lounge is divided into different areas so it makes it feel more private. It also includes a hair salon, spa, and restaurant.

Very good service even when it is busy and crowded on weekend. The food is amazing and love the menu and selection of food and coffee. I skipped breakfast and this is worth it. There is special lane for security check and also boarding to the plane which is awesome.
