I am truly baffled by all 5* reviews. This agency is clearly has no idea about the domestic industry and prestige household structure. Sadly just finished working for a lovely family in Oxfordshire after serving them for over 7 years as a house manager. I have just completed registering with three mayor domestic agency when accidently I found this agency on google. I decided to have a look at the job board when I realised this agency is delusional and unprofessional. Here is why? They advertising a house manager job and here are the duties: General cleaning and deep cleaning (this is the housekeeper role) Laundry and ironing (this is the laundress or housekeeper's role) Running errands and pick up groceries (possible) Cooking well balanced meals (this is the chef or cook or housekeeping-cook role) Looking after the 2 boxer dogs (possible) Travelling with the Principals (possible) General maintenance of the outside of the property (handyman job). After reading this job description I felt who ever accepted this job failed to inform the client that this is not a house manager job and this job is pretty much a set up for failure. It is important that end of the day all job has to be a doable job and this one is clearly a chaos. I decided not to register with agency, I am too old to be a clown. I am in this industry 23 years. If you are looking for a job believe me you want to register with an agency who can provide you with an achievable job and not someone who desperately taking on any job without explaining to the client what is possible and what isn't for a domestic employee. Failing to take on this responsibility (basic recruitment agent responsibility) prove that they are not professional. quelle blague
