This clinic has left me with laser burn scars on my legs. They do not provide any after care in case something goes wrong. I went in for full leg laser hair removal, I have told the so called technician that I had a tan. She carried on with the treatment anyway. If she would have advised me in any way that it can cause burn scarring I would have obviously NOT had it done at that time. (she could at least have done a patch test, as the painful burn effects started to show after about 20 mins). The owner only gave me a insect bite cream and that was that, said the marks will go in 2 months and that it happens all the time!!) The owner stated that their clinicians are not qualified to determine weather you have a suntan or not! (you can also see from the picture, how \thorough\ their so called technicians are, the dots are meant to be next to eachother to actually get all the hair). They do not care at all about their patients safety, use this clinic at your own risk. It has now been 8 months and I still have scarring from this.

Every time I go to OFF I feel delighted. It’s such an amazing clinic, providing service of good quality with incredible results. Neat and tidy, well designed, skilled staff and great atmosphere. I would highly recommend OFF as I’ve been doing since I’ve got my first appointment with them and realize how good they are!

Practitioners are amazing! Excellent customer care and super at what they do! Thanks to Off skin's team for fitting me in last minute! Cannot recommend Off skin clinic enough, amazing clinic and treatments are worth the money! I have had HIFU for face and laser hair removal so far both treatments have worked out very well. Can't complain. I've referred couple of friends already :)

I've had three sessions of facial laser hair removal and the results are incredible! It is an amazing clinic with friendly and helpful reception staff, and they have implemented great measures to keep treatments safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therapist in particular has been extremely helpful, from the initial consultation through all my treatments. She explained everything very clearly, she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, and I've gotten great results with her. I would highly recommend this clinic for hair laser removal!

From when I stepped in everyone was so friendly, Practitioner who did my consultation was lovely and explained everything clearly making sure I understood and felt comfortable.
