Went to start up the car this morning and it wouldn’t start and sounded like a machine gun! Rang the breakdown service and Howard Sales arrived well on time to save me! Marcus was absolutely brilliant, the best service I’ve ever had! He was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, and he sorted it in no time! It needed a new battery in the end but I was just so happy to hear it start again! Best service around, Marcus was amazing and an asset to the company, he was absolutely outstanding! Very very happy! Highly recommended!

I have just been 'rescued' by Howard Sales as I had broken down. Marcus was the guy who came to my aide and what a top bloke he is. He made the whole experience far less stressful than it otherwise would have been. He also went that extra mile by taking me and all my shopping home which he didn't have to do. He was just supposed to drop me and my car at a designated garage. I've used many breakdown companies over the year's but Marcus and Howard Sales are simply the best by far!

Had a breakdown recently, fortunately I am covered by Start Rescue, who despatched Howard Sales Recovery Ltd. Marcus called in advance to assess the situation, he arrived quicker than expected and promptly diagnosed issue almost immediately, a blown fuse relating to the fuel pump. Marcus was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything and providing additional information. If I could rate 6 stars I would. Thank you again.

If I could give Marcus 6 stars I would. Friendly, polite, efficient & clean. Sidewall blowout on the car & only a can of inflation foam left us stranded in no man's land (Burnley) He got to us within half an hour, carefully loaded and home in time for tea. This lad will go far

Totally recommend this company, I needed to have my vehicle recovered due to a punctured run flat tyre. They arrived within 15 minutes of me calling my breakdown company, nothing was too much trouble, even took me to a different destination address than first requested because I located a replacement tyre at another garage. Excellent service and good adherence to Covid rules, wore mask, expected me to, which I did, and provided hand cleanser.

Flat battery today, left lights on overnight, great start to my lovely wife's birthday. Phoned Start Rescue and the day was saved by Marcus. Arrived within half an hour and had us going in minutes. Thanks Marcus.. Obviously the Hero we'd read about on previous reviews... Pity he couldn't have done something about the tailback on the M60.
