Not strictly DS Automobiles as I went to MG. However you can see why Howards of Weston super Mare’s reputation is so good. OK I can hear someone who is not so impressed but that’s why we have reviews. I can only speak as I find and my experience both at Peugeot and MG is a good one. Their customer service team really pull the stops out - Covid has been challenging for them but I had every confidence they would make my visits safe.

Just after a service for changing oil and filters I went to fill up my tank with petrol and started to pour petrol under my car. The petrol station was closed for 2 hours and even a fire truck arrived. It was Saturday afternoon my car had to be tolled and I had to take a day off Monday to bring it for a check up. I was told that my Honda civic on 43000 miles had a problem with the sealing of the fuel pump. Exactly after a service, too big coincidence. And when I started to ask how is that possible I was told that they didn't know. Sorry but they just lose me like a client. There wasn't even one "sorry, we made a mistake"

My first service on the Citroen C3 Aircross. Friendly service staff. I received a video walk around of the underside of the car visual safety check listing all the findings. The car was washed and ready ten minutes before the alloted time.
