I arrived at Hyundai dealership at WSM, at little earlier than expected but no problem in getting the car serviced. While perusing the show room and variety of hot drinks, with regular updates on progress via Texts. It took around 2 hours, for the service to be completed including the recall notice on the ABS wiring were all accommodated without any issues. My Car returned cleaned and valeted. Service sheet and book stamped, with a full report documented and health check completed. A brief discussion with Alex from the sales team looking at the forth coming new Tucson 2022 model. Well done to Howard's service team

Polite and sociable staff (Lewis?), covid hygiene taken seriously, car ready before the time it was even booked in for, good quality courtesy car provided, phone call to explain a minor repair that was needed and implications of cost/ not doing it clearly explained. I have often felt patronised by men in garages as a woman who knows nothing about cars ( which is true!) but not this time. Excellent service, thank you all.

Wanted to have 2nd year service on our I10. Rang Wessex Cardiff and they quoted 305.00 I queried this as I was given a price previously of around 245.00 but was told this was incorrect and they were going off the “Menu” price which was 305.00. I was not happy with this and said I would need to shop around. I decided to call Howard’s Hyundai and asked for a price for a 2nd year service and was told it would be 243.48 again I asked if this was correct and was assured by the gentleman that this was the menu pricing from Hyundai. I then booked the car in. On arriving at the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff and the car was serviced within a two hour time scale and the bill was exactly to the penny quoted over the phone. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to family and friends. I would like to mention I drove from Cardiff to this centre overall round journey of 110 miles still saved 55.00 taking fuel into account and to think I live within 4 miles of our local Hyundai centre.

Excellent the only thing is the customers waiting area is part of the show room and whilst is comfortable it is nowhere nearly good as the old one with a television set to watch. Otherwise you ha ve to sit and stare at each other or the ceiling.
