This was my first time to use Howdens and my initial experience was good. Was fast and effective and the kitchen quote came in at a decent price. Then disaster struck . Michael from this branch has been very frustrating, he listened but didnt deliver when it mattered most. The correct items were not ordered which leaded to wrong deliveries. 4 times the delivery man had to come back and forth to my house. I should have known it was going to be an awful experience when he had told me to tell the fitter to use their imagination when nothing fitted. Like it was my and the fitters fault. When the fitter asked Micheal who would pay to have the wrong sized units taken down " he (Micheal) would look after that.... obviously this wasnt the case. Zero responsibility was taken. My kitchen was installed roughly two months ago and we returned a few items as we didn't need as many end panels etc as was over ordered. Over a two month has passed and I am STILL waiting for a response from Michael and or my money back for these returned items. Michael refused to give me an answer to my questions about my refund and kept saying he will deal with it later .I have given up calling and visiting this branch. Howdens are a fantastic company and I will continue to use them but I would NOT recommend the Harlesden branch!!!!

Called up to order a kitchen required urgently and spoke to a lovely man named Michael. Extremely helpful. Sorted the whole order out in 15 mins. Went beyond to help out considering the back log due to lockdown of businesses. Hard to find great c.service these days, so thank you for organising so quick. Highly recommend.

Have used other branches of Howdens in the past who have been great. Michael from this branch has been nothing short of appalling in terms of time keeping, listening to the customer and having the correct items ordered and delivered!! I should have known it was going to be an awful experience when he had to re-create my kitchen plan FOUR times. My kitchen was installed a month ago and we returned a few items as we didn't need as many end panels etc as was ordered. Over a month has passed and I am STILL waiting for a response from Michael. I called again two weeks agoa nd he told me to email him and he will deal with it. Still no response from him so I ha to call him today. Michael refused to give me an answer to my questions about my refund and kept saying he will deal with it later so I asked to speak to the Manager - Mark. Having just spoken to Mark, he then tells me that he cannot talk to me about the MY KITCHEN, cannot give me a itemised list of my returns and exchanges on MY ITEMS and he told me he CAN'T discuss directly with me and that I have to speak to my builder as its HIS ACCOUNT, YET they were happy to speak to my directly when I was placing the order! I asked my builder last month about the refunds and he who told me to speak to Howdens directly as I have been doing for MONTHS since placing my order!!!!! Effectively they only happily speak to you "about the builders account" PAY them money but will not talk to you directly when they owe you a refund. Howdens are a fantastic company and I will continue to use them but I would NOT recommend the Harlesden branch!!!!

Great place to get kitchen cupboards, can be hard to get to due to its central location within the various train tracks of Willesden Junction and the huge industrial estate.
