It's a howdens. It's situated in a shared yard with graham's, and north west roofing. Very busy. Delivering is a nightmare due to lack of space. The staff are very professional plesent and seem happy to be there

After visiting a nearby Howdens depot and being treated badly we were very pleasantly surprised to meet Kev at the lytham st annes branch who was extremely informative and helpful.

Good but disappointed with the poor quality of the stainless steel kitchen sink. Advise to check before buying to avoid having to sort out problems later. i.e. another sink.

This branch is the most worse branch that I have ever seen in the uk . The prices was too high then as a branch about 200 different 6 units A lot of stuff was missing doors hinges and 2 door different size and one door missing and one door difference style 1 had to return to the branch 4 times . The staff unhelpful and unprofessionals to deal with a customer’s not really happy Kevin

Just had new kitchen and utility room provided by Howdens. In terms of price, they worked out 20% cheaper than superstores for the basic units, sinks, and worktops. But even better than this, this improved to 30% plus cheaper with the deal on the oven hob, microwave and dishwasher was factored in. So much, much cheaper. The units were available immediately from stock, arrived already built saving the installers loads of time and seem to be of equivalent standard/ quality to our old Magnum shaker install. The install design service was outstanding with the final design perfectly suited to our space limitations and our clearly expressed, but often changed, requirements. So cheaper, equivalent quality to a previous premium installation and excellent customer handling and patience. Any downsides? No, non, niet, nien.... simply brilliant and it left enough savings to pay for the flooring and their installation. Note the in-house boiler tap offered gives water at about 95 deg C which is hot for black coffee but maybe may be too cool for some if you add milk, but hey I'm nit picking here and I simply zap it in my free microwave for 15 secs!!!!!⁶
