Got a kitchen from Barry at Alloa in 2019 found a fault on door contacted the depot and spoke to Liam at 9.00am phone call back within 10 mins from Barry who done design new door ordered thats what you call customer service my confidence in Howdens was great but even a more happy customer thank you Barry from start to finish you have been great.

HI, I recently purchased a new kitchen & flooring from Howdens in Alloa. All the units (carcuses) arrived on time & fully built. I like to think that I am OK building flat pack stuff, but you could tell that these units were put together by proper tradesmen. The quality & the value for money were excellent (much better than wickes). Also the Staff in Alloa were very helpfull & nothing was to much trouble for them, even when it came to returning some materials when we had over ordered. A special mention for young Caroline Docherty, who was our contact in Alloa from the initial puchase through to the fitting of the last handle & door. They really made it very easy for us & a big thank you to all the team at Alloa.
