A Big Thank you! - My experience with these guys has been amazing. These guys were a recommended to me by a neighbour. The branch Manager has a professional supportive manner which you can see is passed down through the team. My planner Jess, was recommended to me also and i am really pleased I listened. There was no hard sales talk and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Jess listened to what i wanted, whilst reasuring me and supporting. A friendly professional environment - I highly recommend!

This is one of my favourite Howdens stores. Stuff and managers are always helpful and what is most important they have good collective spirit, always jolly, happy and ready to assist you at any time. Never had a problem at this store as they are like one big family and make you feel part of it. Simply love this guys and their Bombay Mix

I as a builder had to reimburse the client 150 for howdens deficiency. I'm still waiting them to call me back 2 weeks later to supposedly sort it out. I would suggest they focus on after sale service more than on selling as happy trade people would go back again for repeating business. Well obviously not myself. Hope you improve your service for the rest and become more punctual on answering emails and phone calls if you want to grow as a business and have a good reputation.

My experience today at Howdens was great as I made contact with Aiman the design consultant. Aiman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Howdens products even though we are purchasing our kitchen from another Howdens branch Aiman guided us through the pros and cons when purchasing a new kitchen. I would recommend Howdens and especially the Bermondsey branch as they have a unique design suite that allows you to see you kitchen design unfold in front of you.
