This is technically a trade only location. Went to look at the kitchen ranges. Was disappointed that there's only three out and set up. Though most of the cupboard interior options were available to see, ie pivoting corner cupboard racks and pull out can cupboards. Had most of the sample panels in the varied colours. Was given polite attention by staff. Covid19 compliant with only 3 allowed in at any one time. WC was not available to the public.

.communication was poor. Pieces missing from our order, delaying the install. And designer ordered small drawer for oven when we asked for the large. No sink or floor ordered.rang head office 5 days in a row . Promised to get back to me didn't. Avoid this company.I'll be speaking to trading standards

Great staff here. Always helpful. Sarah is by far the best howdens member of staff and the fittest. Especially with the fishnet stockings she sometimes wears .. Highly recommend going in even if you not buying a kitchen

Dreadful experience! After three months, I am still waiting for parts for a kitchen. When I asked when the missing parts would arrive, the manager of the Chorley branch sent a rep out (during the December lockdown) to to check. His conclusion for the missing items... well I had stolen them! My Christmas was ruined. To date, I still have an incomplete kitchen yet Howden's want full payment. Andy, the Manger at Chorley, is unhelpful, unprofessional and does not try and resolve issues with customers, just blames them for his incompetence. When I asked Andy to put his accusations in writing, he backtracked. I do not want anyone to go through what we have. This ordeal has cost us a fortune and jeopardised our clients' confidence.

Awful experience here this morning. We waited our turn to speak to the guy behind the counter at which point we were the only ones in the shop. We asked for some guidance and assistance for the project we had in mind but after 5 minutes or so of being repeatedly told "look over there" "just decide" and "its not that hard" it was clear we were not going to get any. We therefore left the shop and will not be returning and we will not be recommending anyone else to attend either. Some of the worst 'customer service' ever experienced. (For reference we have now spoken to another branch and it appears this attitude is NOT company wide which is reassuring)
