These guys are always trying to rip you off, make out they’re helping you and doing you a massive favour but really they’re just trying to do you over. Ben (Sales/Designer) needs to work on his customer service skills - absolutely poor. Avoid this branch.

After arriving here Saturday morning - as advised by Orpington as this is where I was told to go - using the bus and walking to pick up plinth and upstand I was told we don't have these in stock you would have to go to Sutton, I was about to buurst in tears when the wonderful China and the amazing James literally excelled in their customer service tracking down the parts in Sutton and James personally took me there and then dropped me home...Well done Mitcham your EMPLOYEES did really go above and beyond...Keep them and promote them!!!
