Excellent manager, staff, snacks and service. Not a rushed feeling at all. Just be ready with your measurements and requirements as makes the experience really worth while for your project....allowing you to get a realistic idea of cost etc.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The product itself is great, the kitchen is in and it looks fantastic - thank you Howdens! The person I dealt with at this particular store though over promised and under-delivered time and time again. From our very first conversation Halim had to be prompted at least once to do anything he said he would do, never once did he get back to me within the time frame he promised. Then when it came to ordering he made several mistakes on the order - missing parts, wrong unit sizes... the list is endless. From the mistakes being logged over a month ago, it took forever to work out the simplest of orders and make amends - very very unimpressive. Finally, as far as kitchen designer goes, Halim left a very awkward space which both my builder and carpenter have said is very poor and other Howdens stores wouldn't have made the same mistake. Thank you Howden's for the kitchen, but please don't use Peckham store, particularly not Halim!
