A rare thing - a genuinely customer - focused family business, providing a quality, excellent value service. We had both door operators replaced on our (automated) garage doors, the new ones working quietly and smoothly! No fuss, no drama, just good old fashioned (in a GOOD way) service with attention to detail. Friendly service from Sarah (office, admin etc.), and equally friendly install by Ian and apprentice son Jack. Definitely recommended!

Excellent service, happy to recommend. I had a dodgy garage door that finally stopped working altogether. Ian and Jack arrived as arranged, diagnosed the problem and confirmed that the cables were fine and did not need replacing (which saved me some money!). They then sorted everything expertly, and without fuss. Door now working smoothly. Thanks guys for making the whole process so painless! A happy customer.

Recently had a Garador Roller door fitted by Howlett. Initially contacted them through the website and arranged for a quote, Ian came round for a site visit and showed us samples of the various different colours etc which were available. It was about a month before the door was installed due to everything being made to order but the team at Howlett were quite easy to contact for updates on the order. On the day, the door was fitted and the old one removed and taken away then a full run down and explanation of how everything works was given. Ian advised they will do a free follow up service after a year. The team were friendly and approachable throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future.
