Named after the late, great Captain John Percival, JPMA/Hoylake Sailing School offers an extensive range of MCA and RYA-approved training courses to yacht crew, merchant navy and workboat professionals. They also offer most of the written MCA Yacht modules for deck departments, up to MCA Master <3000GT and MCA Yacht and Small Vessel Engineering up to Y2 and Chief Engineer.
