Ordered a bulk order of specialist silicone for stocking purposes and the order came promptly. Unfortunately the silicone sent was very close (within a matter of days) to the expiry date. The company has offered a refund but has insisted we pay for the return carriage. I can''t recommend this company on the basis that they send out silicone which ordinarily you would expect to have at least a 12 month shelf life. Addendum : Had a call from head office explaining the break down in communication which has now been resolved. I understand they have reviewed their processes in respect to good in/goods out and use by dates on perishable products.

Just wanting to let others know that Jack and the team at Dortech were just unbelievable. They couldn't quiet fulfil my order so sent part of it out first then the rest followed a couple of days later. Service like this isn't something that doesn't happen anymore so i feel it has to be mentioned when someone pulls out all the stops and helps you. Prices etc are spot one too. So if your wondering if to use them do so, your daft if you don't. Thanks again Dortech.
