You welcome Firth Point (Host). I am really enjoying my stay here. 85 is really a good price for such a good facility and it's affordable, will recommend to any one. Tumbs up Host.

Accommodation is ok for what you are paying. However the room is very old and dull. Has very dim lighting & heating takes forever to get warm. Kitchen was adequate, but could have done with more space for your things. Staff were not good with communicating as often, for example not informing members that they could get a refund for COVID-19. Had some issues regarding maintenance, they do take a while to fix the problem. Overall, would not stay here again.

Excellent accommodation and a very supportive and friendly staff. Everything including the university, supermarkets, town centre, etc are just 5 - 10 min walk away.

The only decent thing about this accommodation is that it's cheaper than most other private halls of residence. 85 isn't bad but the kitchens are basic and not enough cuboard space. Also during this covid19 they completely neglected to inform the residents about a cancellation of tenancy if you had already moved out due to the pandemic, if you hadn't told them you wanted to cancel by 10th April you are forced to pay third installment of rent. Firstly, they did not inform us by email or any forms which we communicate with them, they posted it on their social media which not many people follow and the university SU posted about it on the 9th of APRIL! One day before you're supposed to email them verifying you want to cancel your tenancy, not enough time, unprofessional on behalf of the company and I will never go back. They have been very rude about this whole situation, they don't really care for the student's and I feel like I've been conned! I don't recommend staying here
