The receptionist is absolutely rubbish and when you receive a parcel they lie to you. When I arrived my room was dirty and the toilet wasn’t flushed and cleaned properly. The environment is just horrible and dirty and I won’t recommend this to anyone

What can I say other then terrible. I wanted to view a room and the staff told me no they were fully booked up from the next year I asked if I could still see a show room or something just because I’d traveled there and they shrugged me off and said no. By what I’ve heard around Huddersfield I’m glad I didn’t stay here anyway. Rules to follow in the common room and your own flat (your not aloud parties in the kitchens which is stupid to say it’s part of student life) security are always on the prowl looking for something to report no matter how small and drug use in the buildings is also a problem
