Came on to find a previous, not favorable, entry as I need the number for complaints which had been in my other review to find all previous reviews deleted, why is that do you think, just to say we have complained to direct to head office, and that we wouldn't trust them to fix a toy car, sorry but that's the truth....................... Furthermore to our complaint, just be told by the Arnold Clark Customer Service Manager that they aren't going to up hold our complaint about them having spent 3 years trying to fix our car only to be treated rudely by the staff, messed around repeatedly I. E. Turning up for a service appointment only be told we haven't got a car for you despite confirming a couple of days earlier, Community Midwifes tend to need a car to get to the home births. Also to be told on the the last occasion we've fixed your car, the fault light was still on to be told "it's not our problem anymore". Took it to the Peugeot dealer in Halifax to be told 30mins later you need a new Engine, all sorted now by Halifax dealerslip. Told Arnold Clark that we had to pay another month on the NHS lease because it couldn't go back with a fault on it.... Answer not our problem. Customer services on ringing to answer our complaint clearly didn't have all the facts and clearly hadn't investigated our complaint. Can I just say as a Company Arnold Clark can't run a bath never mind a company. Ps we were going to buy a new 2008 as the wife really likes it but we have, alas, taken our business elsewhere, not that they will be bothered
