We had a very professional and friendly experience when buying our Range Rover Evouge Convertable. The salesman I had agreed the deal with was on holidays when we went to collect the vehicle but in no way did this disrupted the smooth handover of the motor. Bob the salesman who took over was excellent, he explained all aspects of the vehicles, insurance and paperwork. To top off a memorable day the MD greeted us with a lovely hamper of goodies and card as a thank you. We would definitely recommend Rybrook when purchasing a vehicle. Sandy & Moira
Whilst the customer facing staff are very pleasant I'm absolutely disgusted by the service offered by Land rover servicing at Copley, who refuse to acknowledge damage caused to my vehicle and now won't return my calls. After promising to get back to me last Thursday I still hadn't heard anything on Saturday afternoon. When I called them, servicing was closed and I was told I couldn't collect the car until Monday morning. I had to be at the other end of the country on Monday morning so am thankful to the staff who managed to rectify this problem. I am still hopeful that they might bother calling me. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your Land Rover servicing.
