Excellent service from start to finish. Very competitive costs for ideal logic plus, installation carried out by Ian within a week of first enquiry consultation with Karl. After installation, Ian explained very thoroughly how to work boiler and the remote device. Very impressed. Will certainly recommend to family and friends. Thank you, Karl and Ian.

When our boiler broke last Sunday we were without heating or hot water. So I dreaded the thought of how long it would take to get a new boiler. But when I phoned Smart Plumbing on Monday I was impressed that they could visit in the next hour to give us a quote. Karl and Ian arrived when they said and gave us a verbal quote for an Ideal boiler and Hive thermostat. Even better was that they could fit the new boiler the next day. The written quote arrived 30 minutes later. Tom the engineer came on Tuesday to fit the new boiler and thermostat. Despite the bitter weather, Tom did an excellent job. And he showed me how to use everything. After his visit, Ian called to check that I was happy with the installation. If you need a new boiler I highly recommend Smart Plumbing. Excellent customer service and value for money.

Needed a new gas boiler after existing one failed big-style, I contacted Smart plumbing after being let down by another plumber. I spoke to Karl who to my amazement said he would call round in a couple of hours I was expecting the usual days or weeks that you normally get from the plumbing fraternity and within 30 minutes of Karl leaving I had my fixed quote emailed to me. On the installation day Ian from Smart plumbing arrived bang on 08:30 AM as promised he was a polite and friendly did a really good job and he had my new Atag combination boiler up and running by early afternoon, excellent job done.
