Had nothing but trouble from these. Billed me sporadically with one years charges coming in one month advising that my fixed dd was woefully short springing me with a 600 bill. I paid this and switched. 6 months later i receive another bill. Which i paid after dealing with lawyers. Now they have another firm chasing me for more money which i don't owe

Nothing but scam and threatened gonna end up paying 900 for 4 months which is my early amount. Debt letter after debt letter. Paid it another random bill comes. Put in complaints get nothing. Lucky they are 200 miles from me. Gonna persue them via legal

Hudson/Greenstar! Leave well alone! They Hijacked my account whilst it was being transferred to another company, sat on it for two years regardless of endless emails and now expect payment - without a contract! (I tried to leave no stars but apparently that is taboo!)

I would have given it 0 if I could! Stay away. Overpriced and keeping on sending me bills even after I have moved. They don't answer any calls or emails!! Their stuff barley understand English so when needed to make sense of the bill they couldn't really help. I am genuinely thinking of suing them now.

This is the first company i was with when i purchased my house. I can see there are quite a few Negative reviews but for me this company gave me nothing but great service. As a gift for choosing this company i got a free night away. My direct debit never changed. My final bill was clear. I did not have to call constantly to sort my meter reads or other issues. There was a problem with meter reads but they sorted it out quickly and professionally. I was always kept In the loop. And for me this company was Positive experience. I would recommend them based on my experience

This company is still keeps randomly taking money out of my account more than five years after I left them. Stay away from them unless you want to wait on a call centre line trying to reclaim your money for the next few years. Either crooked or totally incompetent.

If I could give less stars i would. Not only the worst energy company ever but the worst company full stop! Cannot answer simple emails, cannot get a smart meter installed without messing up meter serial numbers. Cannot generate a final bill in under 10 weeks! Then have the cheek to offer a goodwill when contact the ombudsman then take money from my account without me ever seeing the good will. Absolute joke! How they are allowed to provide energy is beyond me! No wonder the energy sector has such a bad rep! Avoid like the plague!
