Good customer service and a reasonable range of products available although many not available to buy in store and need to be ordered in. There are cheaper retailers out there who can probably deliver the goods quicker in many cases but the knowledge of the staff and level of customer service more than makes up for the slightly higher prices, in my opinion. Not open Sunday unfortunately.

Not at all pleased. Expected a bit better deal than this. Ex display, discontinued, cooker at 329.99 Was offered a further discount of 10% that's 297 20 delivery from Dereham to Dereham Total price 319. Same cooker at Curry's for 360 plus a further reduction of 10% 324 with no delivery charge on a brand new cooker that hasn't been sitting in the showroom for goodness knows how long. Total saving 5. Really Andy?? You didn't want to listen did you! 319 for ex-showroom discontinued oven Hughes 324 for brand new oven at Curry's You do the maths.

I found the staff in the Dereham go to extreme lengths to help sort out any problems. They are capable and experienced in all aspects of their trade. I would certainly use them for advice on purchasing and tips on how to use your electronic device.
