Despite it being a great product, this company is let down by bad customer service. And not just one isolated incident / example either...! I was originally (and significantly) over charged for goods ordered (I know mistakes can happen) but then had numerous missing items delivered when the goods arrived. I had to chase for follow up and was promised the missing items would be delivered to me today - because of their error. Have now been told that they didn’t promise delivery and that I had to go and collect. A difficult conversation then followed, and when challenged, quoting the exact conversation and what was said and promised - they eventually agreed to deliver, but not today! You would think that due to their error they would try to make it up and in a competitive market place where customers can and will take their business anywhere, when a supplier / retailer screws up - you would think that they would try their hardest to make it up the customer. Not this outfit .... they didn’t care less. Let’s hope it gets delivered tomorrow - I have little faith!!!
