We buy our sons high school uniform from here (Trinity House Academy) and the staff are always very helpful. There are only 2 places in the area that we can get the uniform from, and Len Beck are by far the best to use. Friendly staff, they've always had the uniform in or been able to quickly order it in, when we have needed anything, and nothing is too much trouble. We will be using them for our other 4 sons' uniforms when they go to Trinity House as well.

Took a suit in to be altered, along with another suit that fit me perfectly as I wanted the same fit. This was ignored, the whole measuring process was rushed and disrespectful, and the end result was really bad. There's several examples of bad tailoring on the jacket alone, plus the alterations I wanted done on the trousers simply weren't done, but I was charged anyway. If this business has been running for so long, then the quality of their work must have got much worse, because there's no way they would have lasted if all the jobs are to this standard. Don't take your clothes here.
Very helpful and friendly, always willing to help. Took back a jacket 3 times and they still changed it for us with no extra cost. Very understanding too.
