I cannot thank this company enough. They helped me in a building related matter. That would have cost me ten's of thousands of pounds.its encouraging to know that there's still some honest people around who are happy to offer professional advice without charging. Many thanks to you.

This review is not about their property services, it's about their duty od care for the safety of the public. On Tuesday 14th July 2020 I had ridden a bike for over 30 miles. I went down Hedon Road in Hull on the path. But because I was aching and things, I went slow near the fence so it was safer for anyone else on a bike to pass and so I was further away from the road. I looked and there was no-one there at all that could go in front of me from the car park outside of Tramsco and some other companies. All was clear. So I looked down to stretch my neck which I really needed to do. But one of Leonards' signs was there. It was sticking out at head height over the public path. I went in to it head first. Leonards said they put the sign inside the grounds and wind must have blown the sign outwards. I did not know the wind could blow a sign round and then tighten it all up so it couldn't move again. Leonards caused an accident which gave me a headache and they still have not given me any compensation.

Went to view a property to rent the chap who showed us around new virtually nothing about it, more than what was in the brochure, I asked what the council tax is, how fast the internet speed I could expect as it was out in country, he had no idea.
