Would not recommend them as a company absolutely useless and had the worst time living in the properties. The landlords they let use the company as 3rd party are also awful had a landlord named Eleanor Redmond if you get any properties with her as your landlord DO NOT GO WITH IT. I will attach photos of how my property looked when I moved in and it was classed as acceptable to move in. We went over a month without the use of bins yet I was paying council tax for the property due to previous tenants not looking after the property and the landlord or Loc8me could not be bothered to sort it yet they where so quick to rush to get there payments on time. The property went months without heating as again the landlord could not be bothered to sort it, the house had used condoms in the back garden the neighbours would trespass and go through your bin and Loc8me or the landlord did not care about anybody's safety all they care about is money, so AVOID at all cost!!!!!

The houses are beautiful and modern specifically the one I stayed in. Although I had lots of issues with Loc8me because I wanted to get out of the contract of a new signing in house for this September 2020 because of the coronavirus situation. The thing is that they told me at first that they would just advice to students to share a flat with, but no, they did the opposite. They advertise the other room for whoever they wanted, not knowing the age and nothing about it. Things can't be done like that. If they said just students, it means just students from the university of hull not just random people. I don't think they care much about how I felt or respect me at all and that is really dissapointing.
Good service, freindly people and likly the best acomidation service for students in Hull. Never had any issues with them nor my landlord, much better than other accomidation services in the local area.
