So far not so good, not repaired yet so will update when it is. Basically park brake release cable broke and had to get mercedes assistance to come and release the park brake. When he did he said he'd called it in so they know I'll be calling to get a new release cable fitted. So I called to book the repair, told the service advisor that I need to book in to have a new release cable fitted and made an appointment. (I know the release cable is broken because half of it is on the passenger seat). So I turn up to my appointment and hand the key over then sit waiting for over 30 minutes for them to come back to me and tell me (you guessed it) it needs a new release cable and they don't have 1 in stock. As said, half the release cable was on the passenger seat so they didn't even need to put it in the workshop to tell me it needs a new 1. Basically a waisted hour and half of my day and another week without a park brake until I can get it back to them to be repaired.

Spot on for vehicle parts. Free same day delivery service if you order early enough. They have a morning and an afternoon delivery van. In fact I've ordered vehicle parts from here and they have been delivered 3 hours later. You couldn't ask for more. Also if they don't have what you need they'll find it from another branch and it'll still be on your doorstep the following day. The parts team staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect!!
