Had a few things ordered for click and collect which my dad went to collect however he couldn't as needed photo ID of person who ordered it so he left muttering under his breath whilst the poor member of staff was still explaining why they couldn't give him the order. When we went back with me there to collect it we of course got the same girl, who even though my dad had been way rude to her half hour before still served with a happy to help smile and was lovely. Was at about half 9 or 10 this morning. Mega professional.

Great place, friendly staff, prices are same or a little cheaper than other stores.
Very very disappointed as is my 7 year old daughter. Pre ordered a trampoline at the beginning of may. Absolutely no way of contacting anyone about the order. One very sad little girl as I have cancelled the order. Will not use Smyths again.
I would stay away from this store if you dont want to be greeted by a arrogant manager(layton)who will get his karma sooner rather than later
