Started about a month ago and I can honestly say it's the best security firm I've worked for. Everyone is friendly, the control rooms guys are brilliant. Getting holidays booked or shift swaps are easy. Rota is done one month in advance so you know exactly when you're off so you can book overtime (which is easy to come by) or make other plans. Just brilliant overall.

Sps contacted me to arrange a lnerview 1100 Thursday 22/8/19 got suitable attire on. but they forgot to e mail me to confirm no records of it anyway so dont waste you time ex military personnel they are not reliable or truthful big boss please check

DON'T WORK FOR THESE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY TO SUPPORT. This company will tell you your doing great then drop you in the same breath, inexperienced bosses and the only reason why there in charge is because daddy is the boss. This is a family run business but are very gready and to hell with the staff on the ground as long as the position is filled, no loyalty. But they have work and if you want to be called at all hours through the night and day go ahead but don't rely on the job for a living. I know this review seems petty but it's a warning to those genuine family guys out there trying to feed the kids and pay rent. I thought I was safe and even received a letter the week before i got sacked telling me how great i was doing and thanking me, laughing with all staff then out of the blue I was sacked but the worse thing is nobody will speak to me for a reason and the letter stated no reason either apart from telling me I have no rights in this matter as I haven't work for them for 2 years.

I have been working for SPS for 3 years now. I can say its been a easy transition over to SPS. i find them always on hand to assist us with the requirements at the busy shopping centre in stockport. The staff are courteous and in smart attire at all times. I find them approachable from director level to the office staff and they always have a positive outlook on the services they provide. i can recommend SPS group. The centres tenants also speak highly of he SPS group and feel they are receiving a good service from them. The guards are always on hand to meet their needs.
