Everything you need in the one centre, well satisfied. Arrived early to miss the Coronavirus diehards with no face covering.

The centre itself is great with a large choice of shops & restaurants and a reasonably calm atmosphere. However, some of the \security staff\ are very rude in how they approach shoppers and almost immediately attempt to intimidate shoppers who don't rush to \comply\ with what was usually an unnecessary request, and in reality they have no real authority over the public. These need educating on common law and what constitutes a public space and who ultimately funds such places. St. Stephens also need an update on how complaints can be made, and actually take them seriously instead of constantly attempting to justify their colleagues actions and suggesting laws was broken when they absolutely was not even close to being broken.

Very busy most the time. If you get Tesco parking when spending 5, there might be a long queue down the escalator as they have a limit on the number of people who can be in the store. Really convenient place to get groceries, have your eyes checked, get food, watch a movie - a decent shopping mall!

Very good and has some good shops and restaurants, however, you have to pay to park which is fair enough as you can technically park for free if you spend 5 or more in Tesco. All in all good shopping centre.

Nice and clean as per usual. As you can see I could find places to seat and relax makes change for an Shopping centre.
